- Every accepted paper at BRAINS 2024 must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
- For each paper – this applies for all full, short, poster, and demo papers of BRAINS 2024, at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) to secure the paper’s publication.
- The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to two papers from the same co-author.
- All papers have to be presented by their co-authors. BRAINS 2024 reserves the right to exclude a paper from publication after the conference, if the paper presentation condition is not met.
- Author & Participant Full registration allow full access to BRAINS 2024, including technical program, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner
- Participant economy registration allow access to BRAINS 2024, including technical program, conference proceedings, coffee breaks but lunch, welcome reception and conference dinner are not included
- BEFORE registering as ‘Participant economy’ and if you wish to participate in the welcome reception (additional 100€), please send us an email in order to get a special registration code to use in the form
- Member rate is available to IEEE members
- Non Member rate is for regular participants
- All the Registration Fees (rates) given in the tables are in Euros VAT included.
