Authors Guidelines
As BRAINS 2024 will be held as a full In-person conference, speakers are required to upload their slides by October 6th.
The slides should be uploaded on EDAS like the camera-ready paper and presenters should fill in their bio.
During the conference on October 9 – 11, 2024, each Presenter is requested to present his paper. Otherwise, the paper might not be published in IEEE Xplore.
It is highly recommended to join the session 15 minutes before the session starts and report to the session chair to check that each presenter is on.
Below are the maximum duration of your presentation and Q&A sessions depending on the paper type:
- Full papers: 25 min (Including Q&A)
- Short papers: 15 min (including Q&A)
