The 1st Blockchain, Robotics and AI for Networking Security Conference (BRAINS) takes place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on March 27-28, 2019. The conference aims at providing a forum for researchers, students, and professionals to exchange ideas, share their experiences, and discuss their research results. The Demo and work-in-Progress Track of BRAINS is an opportunity to present novel prototypes, testbeds, work-in-progress sharing the main lessons learnt from practical implementations and on-going projects. The single-track nature of BRAINS guarantees accepted and presented demos and work-in-progress a full focus of the conferences attendees. Areas of interest cover the same areas as the main track of BRAINS, see https://brains.dnac.org/
Content of the accepted demo papers will be demonstrated through a physical demonstration during the conference. The demonstration can be accompanied with a poster. Work-in-progress will also be the occasion to develop some new ideas and new paradigms. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings under a short paper limited to 3 pages and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. We strongly encourage both academia and industry submissions. Demos accompanied with datasets are more than welcome.
Demo Papers must be submitted in a PDF format via EDAS on https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=25008&track=96242
During the initial submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure that the pdf file andEDAS registration page of the paper have the same list of authors, paper title, and abstract. The authors of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final version.
All submissions should be written in English with a length of three (3) double-column printed pages including figures and references. All papers must be formatted according to the IEEE manuscript template for conference proceedings. At least 1 author of each accepted paper must be registered to the conference as presenter in order to appear in the conference proceedings. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS. Please contact the demo and work-inprogress chair if you have any question about submitting your paper.
