Authors Guidelines<\/h1>\n

As BRAINS 2021 will be held as a virtual conference, speakers are required to record and submit a video of their talk by September 17<\/em><\/strong>. On that day speakers will receive an email, from Whova, containing an online form to submit their video, fill in their bio, and complete their profile.<\/p>\n

During the actual presentation on September 27-30 2021<\/strong>, and at the start of every session, the pre-recorded video of the presentation will be played and at least one of the paper\u2019s authors will be online<\/strong> to answer questions later, otherwise, the paper will not be published in the IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n

The pre-recorded video is mandatory, but still, speakers will have the option to present live during the session.<\/p>\n

We hardly recommend speakers to check if they are assigned to their proper paper session on the program page<\/a> and to notify the organizers if you are not the presenter of the paper or won\u2019t be able to be present on that day.<\/p>\n

In that case, you should send an email containing all the information (Full name, email, affiliation, country) about the final presenter who will replace your Whova profile account, please note that you won\u2019t be able to access the conference content anymore. Otherwise, the presenter should register for the conference with the participation rate so that both of you can have access.<\/p>\n
